Credentials:

(CRS)The Certified Residential Specialist is the highest designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. Members are specialists in home buying and selling, real estate technology, and the ability to maximize client profits and minimize costs.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements.
The Council of Residential Specialists is for members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who want to move to an advanced level of experience, knowledge and earn the CRS Designation.

Nancy has achieved the Certified Residential Specialist designation that just 4% of all Realtors in the U.S. have achieved through professional commitment, education, experience, sales volume and hours of advanced training. Being a member of the National Association of Realtors shows her commitment to following the Realtor Code of Ethics.

(SRS)  The Seller Representative Specialist requires specialized training in marketing the listing properly and to the correct target market.  This training teaches you how to get results using additional steps and procedures rather than just traditional marketing.
 

In addition to my commitment to education, I take pride in being involved in the community and in the real estate industry. This involvement keeps me in touch with community changes and growth, market trends, and state requirements.
